    If, for whatever reasons, you are not happy with our service and, if we see that you only perused the site a short while, clicked on a handful of pics or viewed one or two videos, we'll gladly refund your membership fee free of charge! Just contact us to discuss your issues.

  • What is this charge on my credit card statement for?

    Your credit card was used to purchase a product or service from a web site which uses our billing services. For more details on the charge(s), please contact us by clicking here and enter your query along with the details that you provided us with at the time you signed up.

  • I get errors when trying to join or purchase.

    There are several reasons why your credit card may not be accepted:

    * You are trying to use a credit card type not accepted by our system.
    * You entered your credit card or verification number incorrectly.
    * You entered the expiry date incorrectly or your card has expired.
    * You entered the name on your credit card incorrectly.
    * You have insufficient funds in your account.
    * You have exceeded your daily activity or charge limit.
    * Your card may have been blacklisted due to previous fraudulent activity or disputed charges

    If you believe that none of the above apply, and your card is still not accepted, please contact Customer Service for more information.

    I get errors when trying to cancel my subscription

    Please check that you have entered your details correctly:
    * Credit Card number must be the same one you used during purchase.
    * Email Address must be the same one you used during purchase.
    * Username and Password are case-sensitive and must be typed exactly as they were given to you (i.e. "JOHN" is different to "john" or "John")

    If the system still cannot find your subscription(s), please contact Customer Service for assistance.

  • What level of access do I have with my trial membership?
    Absolutely unlimited! Your trial membership entitles you to full access to ALL of the content on offer at the site you join. Unlimited content and unlimited visits during that time.

  • What will appear on my credit card statement?
    Rest assured that your credit card statement will describe the transaction as the discreet billing name shown on the join page just before becoming a member.

  • How often will I be charged for your services?
    Most sites have 30 day memberships, in which case your account will be charged every thirty days from the day of the month you originally subscribed.

    For example, if your account was activated on October 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on November 15th.

    If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account in 30 days. Instead your account will expire on that date.

    For example, if you were activated on October 15th and we receive your cancellation on October 30th, your account will expire on November 15th.

    If you joined on trial basis, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the trial period. The membership term for each site is outlined on the join page and in the terms and conditions.

  • How does billing work on the Trial membership I purchased?
    Many of our sites offer a free trial or allow you to purchase a low-cost trial membership that is good for a specified number of days.

    Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard billed membership plan unless you cancel within the trial period.

    Please refer to the terms and conditions of the website that you joined for further information.

  • Is it possible to change my password or other information on my account?
    Unfortunately we cannot alter your account information from our end. In the interests of security we cannot change your username, password, credit card number, expiration date, e-mail address, etc.

    If you must make changes, you can cancel your account and then sign up again as a new member, joining with new information including a different username and password, if you like.

    To cancel a subscription, please visit our customer service web site and follow the prompts in the Cancel section of the web site.

  • Do you have a policy on refunds?
    Yes. However we would rather you try to contact us first before you deny payment of our service. Simply denying payment is problematic for everyone. It jeopardizes your credit standing, we have no choice but to blacklist your card, and it causes problems for us. Also please note that after a refund we will be unable to accept you as a member in the future. So please, if you would like a refund for reasons that are very specific, drop us a short email with this basic information and we will try to refund your payment.

    • Your username
    • How long you have been a member
    • The specific Site or Sites you had a problem with
    • The reason you are requesting your money back
    Please be aware that if you are asking for a refund after extensively using our site, downloading more than a few pics or videos, or have been a member for over a few hours, we cannot refund your money. Our excellent support staff can quickly resolve technical difficulties, and these will not qualify you for a refund. We also will not refund money for simple reasons, such as the color of our membership area or the set designs; the reason has to be more specific than a simple subjective opinion.     When you use our automated cancel page, the system will send a confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided when you joined.

  • Important Notice Regarding Fraud

    We have noticed an increase of fraud over the past few months. Unfortunately, much of this fraud is perpetrated by customers who have legitimately purchased services, but later deny having done so to their credit card companies. Please keep in mind this is illegal, in fact this is a felony punishable by jail time.

    We fully investigate all claims of credit card fraud.

    In addition, if you are suspected of such activity, your credit card may be listed with credit fraud agencies and will be unable to be used for future internet purchases. Your credit rating may also be effected.
